WE WILL BE WORSHIPPING ONLINE ONLY ON NOVEMBER 29 AND DECEMBER 6
New Sermon Series
“Who doesn’t like Advent? It is a season of excitement and anticipation and joy. Lots and lots of joy. Even when we acknowledge that we aren’t ready for what is coming, for the realm that is promised, for the kingdom we hope for. We admit we have fallen short; we confess that we are wrapped up in ourselves and in things that don’t last; we admit that our watchful waiting has fallen by the wayside. And yet, in this season, there is joy. And we have a sense that we can start all over again, because “Company Is Coming.”
Our Ad Council met last night, and we have decided to continue our worship services online for the next two weekends. We will continue to monitor and evaluate the situation going forward. We will not have worship services in the church building, but we will be worshiping virtually at 10:00 and 11:11 on Sundays. During this time, if you have any groups that normally meet at the church building, please contact your leader to find out the status of your meeting. We are walking in faith, not fear, as we trust Jesus in the middle of this unique situation.
If you come to the church building, please wear a mask and keep 6 feet distance from those who are not a part of your household. Please enter and exit using the parking lot doors leading to the half of the building you will be worshiping in, whether the sanctuary or the Family Life Center.
